- Responsibility for Valuables: For your peace of mind, we kindly remind guests to take personal responsibility for their jewelry, cash, high-end electronics, and important travel documents throughout the journey.
- In-Suite Safety Box: Each luxury cabin is equipped with a private electronic safety deposit box. We strongly encourage you to secure your valuables inside the safe whenever you leave your room or participate in excursions.
- During Activities: While participating in outdoor activities such as kayaking, swimming, or cave trekking, please be mindful of your belongings. The cruise cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of personal items in public areas or during off-board activities.
- Lost and Found: Should you discover you have left an item behind after disembarking, please contact our staff immediately. We will make every effort to find your items and inform you about the result. Incase your items are found, we will send them to your address at the earliest (delivery fee applied).
